QMR Motorsports shipping rates are calculated using the average shipping costs across Canada for each item. Actual shipping charges will be calculated by our system and we will contact you for approval before shipping your order.
RETURNS
Returns are for QMR MOTORSPORTS INC. Credit only. There is no returns on ELECTRICAL or SPECIAL ORDER parts. It is up to he customer to check for correct parts before installation. IF IN DOUBT, HIRE A PROFESSIONAL. Products that have been installed, painted or installed incorrectly are non returnable.
If there is a problem with one of our products please call so that we can help you sort it out promptly.
If you need to return a product you must call first to obtain a Return Authorization Number (ROA).
No returns will be accepted under any circumstances without a ROA.
You must ship your product back prepaid in a box clearly labeled CANADIAN PRODUCT RETURN, with all your contact information, copy of your invoice, and ROA inside the box. Please indicate on your return shipping waybill that your shipment is a CANADIAN PRODUCT RETURN.
Returns must arrive back at QMR within 15 days of your order date.
